As CH markers, the expressions of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and β-myosin heavy chain (MYH-7) were determined in each group. As for the argument humans have an immutable maximum lifespan, I think that is very unlikely, given the advent of future technologies we cannot imagine now. Even now, with nothing but repurposed prescription drugs and supplements/life style interventions we are achieving a great deal.
