In connection with the Reorganization, as detailed under “Item 4. Information on the Company—Historical Background and Corporate Structure” above, we obtained a pre-ruling from the Israel Tax Authority. The Tax Pre-Ruling confirms that the transfer of shares and assets resulting in the Company as the parent company and 100% equity-owner of GRD, which holds all the Group’s intellectual property, including the Company’s patent portfolio and GIL, is not taxable pursuant to the provisions of the Israeli Tax Ordinance as long as certain requirements are met. Dr. Brand you are on a good track using Sulforaphane to upregulated NQO1 a more sustainable way to upregulate NAD+. Plus as you rightly pointed out it’s activates the very powerful Nrf2 which has many beneficial actions one of which is inhibiting mTOR. There is SulforaDex the only stable Sulforaphane provider I have found. I had read somewhere that it’s better than taking the broccoli sprouts powder as some issue was pointed out about that source if you Google you should land on the one I came across. Transresveratrol increases bioavailability of some nutrients it’s taken with. Another alternative is Pterostilbene which has much better stats then Resveratrol and is the one Guarante used in his NR pill to improve it’s bioavailability and efficacy.

Our commercial success depends significantly on our ability to operate without infringing the patents and other intellectual property rights of third parties. For example, there could be issued patents of which we are not aware that Aramchol infringe. There also could be patents that we believe we do not infringe, but that we may ultimately be found to infringe. Moreover, patent applications are in some cases maintained in secrecy until patents are issued. The publication of discoveries in the scientific or patent literature frequently occurs substantially later than the date on which the underlying discoveries were made and patent applications were filed. Because patents can take many years to issue, there may be currently pending applications of which we are unaware that may later result in issued patents that Aramchol infringe. For example, pending applications may exist that provide support or can be amended to provide support for a claim that results in an issued patent that Aramchol infringes.
