After blocking with 3% BSA, 0.25% Triton X-100, and PBS at RT for 1 h, samples were incubated with goat anti-CD38 pAb (1:100, Santa Cruz Biotechnology) followed by Alexa Flour 488-conjugated donkey anti-goat antibody (1:200, Invitrogen) and DyLight 550 anti-TRPM2 (1:100, Abcam) pAb at RT for 1 h.
