Guy Nehemya, our Chief Operating Officer, has served in such capacity since March 2017. Mr. Nehemya joined the Company in October 2013 as the Company’s Director of Operations, after completing his internship at Agmon, Rosenberg, HaCohen & Co. Law Offices. On Nitric Oxide and Antioxidants the effect you describe is somewhat strange. I thought anti oxidants increased NO production? That said if Viagra is causing inflammation in addition to the NO effect then it is that the anti-oxidants are addressing.

        Efforts to ensure that our business arrangements with third parties, and our business generally, will comply with applicable healthcare laws and regulations will involve substantial costs. In addition, we or regulatory authorities may suspend our clinical trials at any time if it appears that we are exposing participants to unacceptable health risks or if the regulatory authorities find deficiencies in our regulatory submissions or the conduct of such trials. Passive Foreign Investment Company. In general, a non-U.S. corporation will be treated as a PFIC for U.S. federal income tax purposes in any taxable year in which either (i) at least 75% of its gross income is “passive income,” or (ii) on average at least 50% of its assets by value produce passive income or are held for the production of passive income. Passive income for this purpose generally includes, among other things, certain dividends, interest, royalties, rents and gains from commodities and securities transactions and from the sale or exchange of property that gives rise to passive income. NK cells were added to 4 × 105 B16F10 cells in 200 μl complete medium. Cells were incubated for 30 min at 37°C in a 5% CO2 incubator. Thereafter, supernatants were collected and cytokines were assayed with ELIZA kits from eBioscience (granzyme B) according to the instructions of the manufacturer.
